My new experiment using tarte dough for avocado. Tartes can be filled with both sweet and salty filling. This time salty tarts.

Salted tartar with filling

Ingredients for tartar
 126 g Ripe avocado
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 170 g Flour (85g corn flour + 85g whole wheat flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Herb salt to taste
Ingredients for filling (3pcs)
 3 Boiled eggs
 100 g Carrot
 100 g Egg white
 100 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Cheese Valio Pro feel or other lean cheese
 Garlic, salt, spices

 2 Boiled eggs
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Beer white
 100 g Cheese Valio Pro feel or other lean cheese
 Cumin, salt, spices
Directions

Avocado stuffed with egg, cottage cheese, spices. Add flour and knead the dough.

The dough sticks to your hands - so moisten them. With wet hands, the dough is placed in molds (with wet hands it works great) and forms the edges.

Finished 1st filling: grated eggs, cheese and carrots. Add garlic, spices, egg white, yogurt.

Finished 2nd filling: eggs, grated cheese, add cottage cheese, cumin, spices.

The filling is put in tartar,

Put the tartare in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees.
