My new experiment using tarte dough for avocado. Tartes can be filled with both sweet and salty filling. This time salty tarts.
Avocado stuffed with egg, cottage cheese, spices. Add flour and knead the dough.
The dough sticks to your hands - so moisten them. With wet hands, the dough is placed in molds (with wet hands it works great) and forms the edges.
Finished 1st filling: grated eggs, cheese and carrots. Add garlic, spices, egg white, yogurt.
Finished 2nd filling: eggs, grated cheese, add cottage cheese, cumin, spices.
The filling is put in tartar,
Put the tartare in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees.
