Sometimes I also make not-so-healthy snacks. Snacks as an additive, as a component of other, healthier snacks. And this can be made in 10 minutes!
Add the flour to the milk and whisk (so that there are no lumps).
Put the sugar in a double/thick-bottomed saucepan and melt slowly over medium heat. When it melts, add the butter. Mix it up.
Gradually, stirring continuously, add the milk and flour to the sugar syrup and let it cook for another minute. Remove, cool.
Store in the refrigerator. Used for tarts, cakes, and desserts.
