Healthy and crunchy seed cookies!

Mix all the dry ingredients. Spices as well.
Heat the water, add the oil and add to the dry ingredients. Mix it up. The mass will be sticky. Set the dough aside for 20-30 minutes. The dough will rise thanks to flaxseeds.
Place the dough on baking paper. Put a cellophane bag on top and roll out the dough about 3 mm thick. Immediately cut into squares with a knife.
Place in the oven at 180 °C and bake for ~25 minutes.
