Cook the rice, mix it with the rice vinegar and divide into 4 equal portions. Cool.
Brush the waffle pan lightly with oil and fry 4 rice waffles.
Drizzle the waffles with soy sauce.
Spread the cream cheese over the top and place the smashed or sliced avocado.
Place the trout pieces on the avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
