The porridge is delicious! Adding pumpkin, both in sweet and savoury versions is a winner, as this large berry is invaluable!

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces and place in a pot with ~400 g of water. Boil half soft.
Add the rinsed rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until ready (If you are using non-round grain rice, cook it before the pumpkin, as it will definitely take longer to cook. Round grain rice is ready in ~15 minutes).
Place on a plate, top with raspberries, drizzle with honey and enjoy a delicious breakfast!
