Porridge can indeed be so varied and delicious! I must admit, I like two “unhealthy” cheeses — Dorbly and Džiuga cheese. It's good that I don't have to give them up, because sometimes just 10 grams is enough to give food a unique flavour and a completely different taste.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Wash the rice and cook it together with the pumpkin in a saucepan with 300g of water and a pinch of salt, stirring occasionally.
Put the porridge on a plate and sprinkle 10g of grated cheese over it. Stir the cheese into the porridge.
