Rice porridge with mango

Ingredients
 260 g Ripe mango
 60 g Rice
 200 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice
 A pinch of salt

Wash the rice and place in a saucepan with ~200 g of water. Add a little sweetener, a pinch of salt, and cook over low heat.

When the rice is almost ready, add the sliced mango, and occasionally stirring boil the porridge ready.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with caramelized walnuts.
