Porridge can be so different and so delicious! This combination is also charming!

Ingredients
 70 g Rice
 200 g Water
 130 g Ripe mango
 5 g Caramelized walnuts (walnuts/sugar ratio 7:3)
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
Directions

Rinse the rice, put it in a saucepan with ~ 200 g of water, a small amount of sweetener, and a pinch of salt, and cook over low heat.

At the very end, when the rice is almost ready, add mango cut into pieces and cook the porridge until it is ready, stirring occasionally.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with caramelized walnuts.
