Rice porridge with raspberries and caramelised walnuts

Ingredients
 60 g Rice
 400 g Water
 300 g Pumpkin (when choosing pumpkin, remember that butternut squash has 2x more kcal than the others)
 60 g Raspberries (or other berries)
 15 g Caramelised walnuts (fry 60 g walnuts with 30 g maple leaf syrup in a pan)
 Sweetener, vanilla

Wash the rice and put it in a saucepan with 400-420 g of water, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

Add cut pumpkin, sweetener, and vanilla and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Put on a plate and top with raspberries and nuts and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
