Rice porridge with apples

Ingredients
 60 g Rice (I used round rice)
 180 g Water
 250 g Fresh apple
 100 g Almond milk (or 0.5% milk)
 Sweetener of your choice

Rinse the rice thoroughly, put it in a saucepan filled with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.

Immediately reduce the heat to minimum and cook without stirring for ~10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, when the water has almost completely evaporated - add the almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, and apples cut into small pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until ready.
