Easy to prepare and quickly disappearing from the table. Very suitable for a light dinner.

Rinse the millet in three waters, pour 180 g of water into a saucepan and pour in the millet. Bring to the boil over very low heat with the lid on for ~20 minutes (until the water has evaporated).
Rinse the canned beans in cold water.
In a bowl put chilled millet, beans, add sliced cucumber, onions, tomatoes.
Mix the sauce ingredients and add to the salad.
