Rinse the millet thoroughly.
Put in a saucepan, add 120g of water, add salt, sweetener and boil until the first bubble. Cut off the fire / temperature, put the lid on and simmer for ~ 20 minutes.
Add milk, 150g sliced mango and stir for another 5 minutes. Put the lid on and allow the porridge to "ripen".
Serve on top with the remaining 50g of fresh sliced mango.
