Holidays are made for delicious morning porridge.

First rinse the millet in three waters.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a pot with the millet in boiling water. If the pumpkin is hard, boil it first. When it becomes soft, add the rinsed millet and a sweetener (or sugar) of your choice.
Cook until ready. At the end, squeeze the pumpkin with a potato stamp a little.
Add water as desired, depending on how thick you want the porridge.
Serve with currants cooked with sweetener.
