Ingredients
 1 Egg
 250 g Buttermilk (or skimmed milk kefir)
 125 g Hot water
 80 g Whole wheat flour
 80 g Corn flour
 ½ tsp. Soda
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
 Vanilla

Beat the eggs with the buttermilk, salt, vanilla and sweetener. Add the flour mixed with the soda.

Finally, add the hot water and mix everything.

Grease a frying pan with 1 g of oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
