Tart with pears and Dor blue cheese

Ingredients for the base (mould size 35x24 cm)
 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 300 g Buttermilk (or skimmed milk kefir)
 150 g Oat flakes
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 400 g Buttermilk (or skimmed milk kefir)
 296 g Sweet pear
 200 g Cream cheese "Philadelphia light"
 110 g Dor Blue cheese
 20 g Corn starch
 Vanilla
 Sweetener of your choice

Add the eggs, buttermilk and sweetener to the oats and leave to swell for ~20-30 minutes.

Cut the pear and the blue cheese into small cubes (separate the pieces of cheese from each other).

Add the egg white, buttermilk, cream cheese, cornstarch, and sweetener to 2 eggs and beat until smooth.

Pour the oatmeal mixture onto the baking sheet and spread.

Arrange the pear and cheese chunks on top. Pour the egg-buttermilk-cream cheese mixture over the top.

Place in the oven at ~170 °C and bake for ~40-45 minutes (until the top is lightly browned).
