Ingredients for the dough
 160 g Whole wheat flour
 100 g Hot water
 25 g Coconut oil
 Sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 240 g Yellow plums
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Egg white
 Sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon on top and a little brown sugar
