When the milk defended in the fridge has crumbled, will most definitely pour it out? My conscience does not allow me to do this and as a result I came up with this pancake recipe, But not simple pancakes, but with surprise.

Whole grain pancakes with a surprise

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 350 g Kefir (2%) or, as I have fermented milk
 150 g Flour (I had 100g of whole wheat + 50g of rice flour)
 350 g Apple
 120 g Banana
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, sweetener
Directions

Eggs whipped with kefir, a pinch of salt, sweetener. Gradually add flour and baking powder.

Peel a banana and cut it into elongated, thick slices.

Peel the apples and cut into slices.

Dip the fruit in the dough and remove with a spoon (with the whole dough) put on the pan.

Pour the dough a little more on top.

Put the lid on the pan and bake on a very low heat on both sides.

Served with yogurt - cinnamon sauce. Mix yogurt and cinnamon. You can add optional honey, either honey or a sweetener.
