How I love holiday mornings when I don't have to rush anywhere... First I made jam so that it had time to cool down while I was baking pancakes.
Mix (I whipped with a blender) all the ingredients and pour the dough with a spoon onto a lightly oiled and heated frying pan and fry until browned on both sides.
!!! Bake at a fairly low temperature and do not pour too large pancakes - then it is easier to turn them to the other side.
