Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 200 g Alma Koodjust Cottage Cheese 0.1% (or 0.5% curd)
 170 g Whole oat flakes
 30 g Seed mix
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 1 tsp. Salt
 Spices, herbs of your choice
 30 g Seeds for topping

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside for ~10-15 minutes.

Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts and, using wet hands, form elongated buns. Then, roll them in the seed mix.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-40 minutes.
