Super tasty wholemeal bread! For those who don't like yeast and artificial additives, this is a good solution for baking your own delicious, healthy, protein-rich bread.

Add soda to the kefir, mix and allow to act.
Add the egg and kefir with soda to the curd. Whisk.
Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the mixture. Knead the dough and set it aside for ~10 minutes.
With wet hands, shape the dough into a round loaf, sprinkle with seeds, and place in the oven at 160 °C. Bake for ~50-60 minutes (baking time depends on how thick you shape the loaf).
