Easter is coming! For the first time I am trying my Easter cake!
Blend the banana with egg and melted oil.
Add flour and soda. Stir in the floured candied fruits (so that they do not sink to the bottom of the dough).
Place the dough in a baking tray and bake until ready to ~170 degrees, about 40 minutes.
For the icing: egg white + icing sugar + lemon juice.
