Whole grain muffins with banana and raisins

Ingredients
 90 g Banana
 1 Egg
 50 g Egg white
 50 g Whole grain flour
 4 g Baking powder
 50 g Raisins (or other dried fruits)
Directions

Blend the banana with the egg and egg white into a homogeneous mass.

Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Stir in raisins.

The mass is poured into molds and baked ready at 175 degrees for ~ 35 minutes.
