Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 210 g Banana
 200 g Milk 2%
 100 g Oat flakes
 30 g Cocoa
 3 g Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice

Pour the hot milk over the oats and set aside for ~15 minutes.

Mash the banana, add the eggs, sweetener, cocoa and mix.

Add the swollen oats and baking powder.

Divide the batter between the muffin tins or place it in one large tin and bake it in the oven at 175 °C for ~ 35 minutes.
