 1 Egg
 175 g Skimmed milk curd
 75 g Whole wheat flour
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, spices (I put Provence herbs)
Directions

Blend the egg with cottage cheese.

Add salt, baking powder, spices and mix with cottage cheese.

Divide the dough with wet hands into 4 equal parts, forming round balls.

Sprinkle with seeds and place in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 25-30 minutes.
