Ingredients
 1 Egg
 80 g Egg white
 250 g Skimmed milk curd
 150 g Whole oat flakes
 25 g Flaxseed
 25 g Sunflower seeds
 25 g Pumpkin seeds
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 ½ tsp. Salt

Mix the egg with the egg white and cottage cheese.

Add all the dry ingredients, knead the dough and form into loaf or small buns. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for ~1 hour.
