Delicious and healthy oat buns.

Add the soda to the kefir, stir and leave to take effect.
Grind wholemeal oats (I don't grind them into full flour, I like to have some whole flakes left in).
Add egg, salt, coriander and dried garlic to the kefir. Stir in the oatmeal, leave to swell.
Place the dough in the tin (or, as I did, divide the dough between 4 buns) and place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake until ready.
