I always enjoy using pumpkin in my recipes. This time, it is stuffed with vegetables and turkey fillet.

Cut off the top of the pumpkin and scoop out the inside.
Melt 30 g of butter. Add 30 g of crushed garlic. Spread the inside of the pumpkin with this mixture.
Cut the turkey fillet and onion into small pieces and fry them in a preheated pan with 10 g of oil.
Bring 1 litre of water to the boil, add one packet of 'Smart Grains' and boil for 12 minutes. Remove from the heat and tip the grains out of the bag. Leave to cool.
Peel the celery and carrots, and cut them into small pieces. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into small pieces.
Fry the celery and carrots in a heated pan with 10 g of oil, seasoning with salt and spices.
Grate Dorblu cheese.
Place the fried meat, onions and vegetables in a bowl and add grated cheese and grains. Mix everything, then use the mixture to stuff the pumpkin.
Place the stuffed pumpkin in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. The baking time depends on the oven. The pumpkin is ready when it is soft when pierced with a knife at the top.
