Beat the egg with kefir, salt, add flour.
Pour the dough into a pan and bake the pancake. Bake the pancake from one side to the other.
Slightly fry, put on one side of the pancake cut tomatoes, shrimp, sprinkled with cheese and chopped basil, fold the pancake in half, pressed.
Put the lid on the pan and remove it from the stove, allowing the cheese to melt.
