Spicy seed crackers

Ingredients
 150 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 100 g Pumpkin seeds
 50 g Chia seeds
 50 g White sesame seeds
 50 g Black sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
 15 g Garlic
 Herb salt
 Chilli seeds
 40 g Extra virgin olive oil
 350 g Water
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients.

Add the oil, water, spices and mix. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Pour the mixture onto the tray, smooth it out and set it aside for a few minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, then reduce the temperature to 160 °C and bake for ~35-40 minutes.
