Sweet and salty at the same time. I know some people don't like it. I do.

Pica ar vīģēm Fetas sieru un medu

Ingredients for the Base
 1 Egg
 150 g Skimmed-milk curd 0,2%
40 g Flour (I used rice flour, but you can use other flours. The amount of flour depends on how wet the curd is, the dough should be of such consistency that it hardly sticks to your hands)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients For Top
 70 g Figs
 50 g Feta cheese 12%
30 g Bresto lite cheese (or other cheese ~10%)
 15 g Liquid honey
 10 g Walnuts
Directions
1

Beat the egg in a small bowl. Slice the figs thinly, cut the feta cheese into small pieces, and grate the Bresto cheese.

2

Add some of the beaten egg to the curd, leaving a little to brush the edges, and mix everything.

3

Add the flour, baking powder, and sweetener and knead the dough.

4

Place the ball of dough on the baking sheet and, using wet hands, form a thin, round base ~20 cm in diameter with small "edges." Brush with the remaining egg.

5

Place figs, Feta cheese, and crushed walnuts on the pizza base drizzle with liquid honey, and place in the oven. Bake at ~175-180 °C until the edges are lightly golden.

6

Remove, top with Bresto light cheese, return to the oven and bake for ~5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
