Pica ar tunci un tomātiem bez olām

Ingredients for the Base
 200 g Cottage cheese 3%
100 g Flour (whole wheat flour)
 1.50 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt
 Spices of your choice
Ingredients For Top
120 g Canned tuna in its own juice
 100 g Tomatoes cherry
 70 g Low-fat cheese (8.8%)
 30 g Adjika "Pures"
 20 g Scallions
 Salt, spices of your choice
Directions
1

Place the cottage cheese (with excess liquid drained) in a bowl. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and spices, and mix thoroughly (you will end up with a slightly sticky dough).

2

Place the dough on a baking tray with wet hands, flatten it, prick it with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C until almost done, for about 15-20 minutes.

3

Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients: slice the tomatoes, chop the scallions, grate the cheese, and drain the tuna of excess liquid.

4

Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the adjika over it.

5

Top with tuna, tomatoes, scallions, and grated cheese. Place it back in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes, until the cheese melts.
