Something delicious and spicy again in our house.

Prepare the dough - mix all ingredients, cover with a towel and leave for ~20-30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the top of the pizza - cut/grate all the ingredients.
Mix yogurt with adjika.
Place the pizza dough on baking paper or a Teflon/silicone mat, put a cellophane bag on top and roll out thinly into the desired shape (diameter ~ 30 cm).
Place in an oven heated to 180 °C degrees and bake for ~20 minutes (until the edges are lightly browned). Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
Spread with adjika-yoghurt mixture, and put tomatoes, onions and tuna on top. Sprinkle everything with grated 10% cheese and Dor blue cheese.
Put the pizza in a preheated 180 °C degrees oven and bake for another ~15 minutes.
