Pearl couscous with salmon and vegetables

Ingredients
 400 g Fresh salmon
 100 g Pearl couscous (or any other grains)
 450 g Water
 400 g Frozen vegetable mix "Mexico"
 400 g Broccoli (frozen)
 40 g Greens (parsley, dill)
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Place the salmon in a pan with a lid, add a little water and steam until cooked. Flake the salmon with a fork.

Place the vegetables, pearl couscous, salt and spices in a deep frying pan. Add water and sauté the vegetables and couscous until ready.

Add the chopped salmon and chopped herbs. Mix everything and sauté for a few minutes - ready!
