I like pancakes not only on holidays but on holidays they have a special taste!

Pancake with cottage cheese and berries

Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 100 g Natural yogurt Actefeel Greek style (or milk/kefir)
 40 g Flour or oatmeal (I used cornmeal this time)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Pinch of salt, sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 100 g Low-fat cottage cheese (or any other, but kcal, then there will be a little more)
 100 g Berries (raspberries for me)
 Sweetener

Mix the ingredients for the dough. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the pancake at a very low temperature on both sides.

Mix cottage cheese with berries and sweetener put it in the middle of the pancake, fold, and enjoy!
