Omelette and tortilla with spinach - delicious and hearty!
Blend the eggs with spinach, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into a greased frying pan. Put a tortilla on top.
Bake at medium temperature until the omelet can be turned over with a wide spatula.
Sprinkle grated cheese mixed with chicken and onions over the omelet. Put the lid on the pan and bake until the cheese melts.
Fold the tortilla omelette in half and lightly press.
