There are never too many recipes with tortillas. A simple and delicious breakfast.

Beat the eggs, add salt, spices, and green onions, and pour it on a heated, lightly oiled pan (for me, the diameter of the pan is 28 cm).
Place a tortilla on top and press lightly. Put a lid on the pan and let the omelet fry.
Turn to the other side, sprinkle with both grated kinds of cheese, fold over and in half, cover the pan, and allow the tortilla to fry a little from the bottom.
