 1 Small corn-wheat tortilla (40 g)
 100 g Tomato
 40 g Cheese 10%
 Salt, pepper

Beat the eggs, add salt and spices and pour into a heated frying pan lightly greased with oil.

Place tomato slices and grated cheese on top and cover with a tortilla. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the omelette to cook slightly.
