I like the Fazer oat polar bread. It's so easy to use for different delicious breakfast dishes, for example - in an omelette.

Mix the egg with the grated cheese, cottage cheese and greens.
Place in the middle of the heated pan and flatten into a circle - about the size of a polar bread.
Place the Polar Bread on top, press lightly, put the lid on the pan and bake at low temperature for ~8 minutes
Turn it upside down and fry the polar bread for a few minutes, too.
