Omelette with shrimps

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 50 g Egg white
 30 g Greens (bows, dill)
 40 g Cherry tomatoes
 50 g Cheese Strongman (or 10% cheese or other flat cheese)
 50 g shrimp (or tuna)
 Salt, pepper to taste
Directions

Beat the eggs with egg whites, add chopped greens, salt, spices (optional), pour the mass into the pan and fry the omelette.

When the bottom has risen a little, put sliced shrimps and tomatoes on top of the omelette, sprinkle with grated cheese, fold over and press.

Remove from the heat, replace the lid and allow the cheese to melt.
