Ingredients
 1 Egg
 100 g Egg white
 100 g Lightly salted trout (or 60 g salmon)
 40 g Cream cheese "Philadelphia light"
 20 g Spinach

Beat the egg with egg white.

Chop the spinach and add to the eggs. Fry on low heat on both sides.

Remove the omelette from the pan, spread with cream cheese, top with trout, fold over or roll up and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
