It's one of my favourite breakfasts. Sometimes I add prawns, or tuna.

Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into rosettes and place in boiling water. Cook until ready. Drain the water.
Beat the eggs with the egg white, salt and spices.
Place the drained vegetables in a hot frying pan brushed with oil and pour over the egg mixture.
Heat, stirring, until the egg mixture thickens.
