Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 70 g Egg white
 35 g 10% cheese
 100 g Tomato
 70 g Broccoli
 70 g Cauliflower
 30 g Spinach
 5 g Garlic
 2 g Oil
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Chop the cauliflower and broccoli, add the eggs, egg white, half the spinach (15 g), garlic, salt, spices and blend with a blender

Pour the mass into a frying pan lightly greased with oil and fry under a lid at a very low temperature.

When the bottom of the omelette is ready, place the tomato slices and grated cheese mixed with the remaining spinach on one side of the omelette. Fold over and bake for a few minutes. Turn off the stove and leave the omelette in the pan under the lid to allow the cheese to melt.
