Ingredients
 1 Boiled egg
 120 g Canned tuna in pieces
 100 g Tomatoes
 100 g Natural yogurt
 20 g Scallions
 ½ tsp. French or Dijon mustard
 ½ tsp. Honey
 Salt

Boil the egg and grate it. Finely chop the tomatoes and green onions.

Drain the liquid from the tuna. Mix all ingredients.

Put the mixture on buns, sprinkle with lemon pepper and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
