Everyone loves pancakes. I do too, even when I’m “on a diet.” That’s why I try to make them as healthy as possible.

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 200 g Egg white
 200 g Skimmed curd "Amfora Varske"
 100 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 100 g Milk 2%
 20 g Corn starch
 15 g Peanut butter
 8 g Oil
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
 Vanilla

Beat the eggs with the egg whites, curd, salt, vanilla, and sweetener. Add the flour.

Grease the frying pan with about 1 gram of oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
