Berry dessert with grilled jam and milk-vanilla sauce

Ingredients
 500 g Strawberries (or any berries, fruits)
 50 g Honey
 100 g Oat flakes
 200 g Milk
 1 Egg
 12 g Cornstarch (if you put more, a thick cream will come together)
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sweetener, vanilla

First, prepare the vanilla sauce - add milk, starch, sweetener and vanilla to the milk. Put on the fire and stir with a whisk, heat until the mass begins to thicken and bubble. Remove, set aside and cool.

Prepare granola - put honey and oatmeal on a pan and heat, stirring, until the oatmeal is browned. Set aside to cool.

Arrange in layers berries, sauce, and granola.
