Well, I finally have lace pancakes too. So long ago I wanted to bake them! Finally!

Lace pancakes

Ingredients (pan diameter 28cm)
 1 Egg
 140 g Milk
 80 g Whole wheat flour
 40 g Flour (I use corn)
 40 g Corn starch
 10 g Oil
 Sweetener, salt
Directions

Mix all the dough ingredients.

The dough is poured into a pastry bag and cut off the tip itself (~ 2-3mm).

Draw circles, zigzags (not too thin) on a heated pan.

Bake on one side - carefully roll.

Tastes great for wrapping lettuce leaves and lightly salted trout.
