Blueberry yoghurt dessert with vanilla sauce (in microwave)

Melleņu jogurta kūciņa ar vaniļas mērci mikroviļņu krāsnī

Ingredients
 2 Small eggs
 120 g Natural yoghurt (thick)
 60 g Flour (I use rice flour)
 50 g Large blueberries
 2 g Baking powder
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Sauce
 1 Small egg
 120 g Milk 2%
 7 g Corn starch
 Vanilla
 Sweetener
Directions

Roll the blueberries in the flour.

Mix 2 eggs with yoghurt, flour, baking powder and sweetener. Stir in the blueberries.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl (I used a mug) and cook in the microwave for 5-6 minutes (check for doneness with a dry stick). Of course, you can also bake it in the oven.

For the sauce, whisk the milk with the egg, starch and sweetener and bring to the boil. (or boil with pulses in the microwave).
