Blueberry - banana muffins

 1 Egg
 120 g Ripe Banana
 40 g Flour (I put 20g corn + 20g rice)
 40 g Blueberries (or other berries)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Vanilla, sweetener (optional, I make a banana "flavor")
Directions

Blend the egg with a banana.

Add flour, baking powder, vanilla if you want a sweetener.

Put one spoonful in the form of a dough, put blueberries on top.

Transfer the dough again and press the remaining blueberries on top.

Put in the oven at 175 degrees and bake ready.
