Have you ever eaten a healthy, figure-friendly honey cake? This is fantastically delicious!
Put the honey in the mint with butter and heat until the butter melts.
Add sweetener and soda, the mixture starts to foam. Do not stop stirring until the mass turns orange - caramel color. Remove from the heat and beat the eggs quickly and continue to stir / cultivate quickly (so that the eggs do not break into flakes) with a squeegee.
Add part of the sifted flour, mix, add the remaining flour and knead the dough by hand. Wrap the food in cling film and set aside to cool slightly.
Divide the dough into equal parts (how many rolls you want to bake). I divided it into 7 parts of ~ 80g.
Sprinkle flour on a silicone mat or baking paper, take one slice of dough and roll out the dough into a thin layer and pierce with a fork.
Place a plate the size of the desired disc and trim the edges.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 3-4 minutes and bake ready.
Remove and allow to cool.
Repeat with all other parts of the dough. One finished disc and the remnants of the discs are left in the rubble for sprinkling (I blasted it).
Blend cottage cheese, fresh cheese Ricotta, honey, vanilla, sweetener.
Wipe each disc with syrup water (sweetener + water or honey + water) or some sweet juice.
Spread cream between the discs.
Apply the cream also around.
Sprinkle on all sides with crumbs.
It is best to put it in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy it the next day.
