Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt to taste
Ingredients for filling
 3 Boiled eggs
 40 g Cheese 10%
 20 g Scallions
 70 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Egg white
 Salt, spices of your choice

Scrambled eggs with cottage cheese.

Add salt, flour and baking powder.

The dough is divided into 4 parts

Grate the eggs, cheese and mix them with egg whites, yogurt and onions.

Add salt and spices as needed.

The dough is placed in molds (if there is no mold, form molds by hand directly on the baking mat).

Put the filling on the tarts.

Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 25-30 minutes.
